Centricity Consulting delivers courses that enable users to acquire the knowledge and skills to allow them to quickly and effectively implement the software. The ease of use of VeSys means courses are normally only of one day duration.
Centricity Consulting hold instructor led courses at convenient locations around the country and is able to offer on-site training if required.
In this one day course users will learn how to:

Larger drawings would be created from scratch with an empty component database and no electrical parts as opposed to having lots of pre-defined components (the current 1 day Foundation course no electrical parts are created in the database).

Purchased on a per license basis this entitles the user to:

- Access to a password controlled support web site which includes:

- Online technical library
- Frequently asked questions
- Product update downloads.
NetMeeting, email and/or other similar technologies can be used to facilitate desktop sharing, share drawings etc to assist in the resolution of issues.

On site support can be provided either as:
- Expert User Days i.e. one on one support (may include best practice consultancy, “at elbow support”, one to one coaching, design reviews etc). This is designed to promote a product champion within your organisation who will help to encourage best practice and best use of VeSys, which in turn helps to ensure that you achieve the maximum return on your investment in VeSys.
- More prolonged periods of support where assistance is provided on a regular basis e.g. 3 months assistance during a design phase or 2 days per week for 6 months etc.
On site support is provided on a day rate basis.
If appropriate we would engage with our partners to provide support to our customers.
